How long does upholstery take to dry?
Four to eight hours with airflow. We bring fans and open the room up before we leave, so furniture is usable the same evening and fully dry by morning.
Do you move furniture?
We move light pieces — chairs, side tables, small stands — and put them back on foam blocks. Anything heavy (beds, bookcases, pianos) we'll flag during the quote so you can decide.
Is steam cleaning safe for kids and pets?
Yes. It's a water-based, low-residue process, and we offer fragrance-free solutions. Nothing needs to be aired out and there's no slick residue left on the fibers.
What if a stain comes back?
Some stains “wick” up from the padding as things dry. If a treated spot returns within 7 days, tell us and we come back and re-treat that area at no charge — it's written into every job.
Can you come same-day or next-day?
